Lisa Armstrong has spurred her fans to "push on" in the face of the coronavirus crisis.
The make-up artist, 43, took to Twitter to update her 144K fans on Thursday amid the killer bug pandemic sweeping the globe.
Her words of encouragement come as her estranged husband Ant McPartlin and his partner Dec Donnelly banned live studio audiences and cancel the trip to Florida on Saturday Night Takeaway.
Lisa reached out to her doting admirers to find out how they were coping amid the outbreak.
The behind-the-scenes Strictly star also shared her positivity with the world as she asked people to be brave and push on despite the crippling impact of coronavirus.

She wrote: "How’s everyone doing?.... Let’s try and be brave and push on through... #staysafe x." (sic)
Meanwhile, Ant and Dec have been forced to turn away enthusiastic live audience members from their weekly show Saturday Night Takeaway in line with new government advice amid coronavirus.
The Geordie duo had been in crisis talks about how to keep the show going as coronavirus continued to plague the world.

They were hit with fears the show may have to be pulled completely from the TV schedule.
TV bosses have reduced the numbers of hands on deck for the live show for it to go ahead at the weekend.
They have already cancelled the element of the show where they fly out UK families to Florida for the finale.

A Saturday Night Takeaway spokesperson said: "Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway will go ahead this weekend without a studio audience. Our priority is safeguarding the well-being of everyone involved.
"The show will be made with a reduced production crew and in accordance with the latest guidance from Public Health England.
"The team are looking forward to bringing our viewers a brilliant show on Saturday evening."
Lisa has been settling into her new life after her divorce from Ant was finalised.
The TV comedian, 44, agreed to hand over more than his £61million to his wife as well as their marital home, in London.
They were said to have got shared custody of their Labrador Hurley.
