A quarter of all the new cases of Coronavirus in the past fortnight have been among young people aged between 15 and 24.
The latest two week report from the Health Protection Surveillance Centre looks at the virus between midnight on 13 September up until midnight on Saturday 26 September.
There were 4,022 new cases of the virus reported during the time.
The average age of people with the virus is 32.

Donegal has the highest incidence rate of the virus in Ireland with 185.3.
After Donegal comes Dublin (152.9), Louth (104) and Monaghan (92.9).
This figure is measured as the number of cases per 100,000 of the population.
Looking at the breakdown of ages in Ireland, there was 114 cases in young children aged between 0 and 4, while there was a further 325 cases occurred in children between 5 and 14.
The biggest number of cases in the two week period is among 15 to 24-year-olds with 984 cases in that age group.
There was 708 cases among the 25 to 34-year-olds, 576 cases in the 35 to 44 age bracket, 552 among 45 to 54-year-olds and 275 in the 55 to -64 group.
In the 65 to 74-year-olds, there was 236, there was 106 cases in the 75 to 84 age group.
There were only 44 cases among people who are aged over 85.
