Ireland's lockdown is set to be eased but the five kilometre limit will remain, it has been reported.
As expected, the country is due to enter phase one of the Government's five-step roadmap on Monday.
This means gatherings of up to four people not from the same household will be permitted once per day from May 18 onwards.
However this will only be allowed as long as they live within 5km of each other, and that two-metre social distancing rules are adhered to at all times, the Irish Independent reports.

Other expected changes include the opening of DIY stores and garden centres, as well as any other shops that operate mostly outdoors.
The roadmap also suggests that public spaces where social distancing can be maintained such as car parks, beaches and mountain walks, will be reopened.
