Coronavirus Ireland: Inside Croke Park drive-thru COVID-19 testing centre

This footage shows inside the drive-thru COVID-19 testing centre at Croke Park.

GAA Headquarters was announced as one of the testing centres being set up around Ireland in an effort to determine just how many people in the country have been infected by the coronavirus.

On Monday, it was confirmed that a further 69 cases of COVID-19 have been diagnosed in the Republic, bringing the total number of cases here to 292, reports Dublin Live.

Two people have sadly died due to complications from the virus. Both had underlying health conditions.

The video which appears to be taken from a dashcam camera, shows stadium staff leading the vehicle to the testing bays that have been set up.

Healthcare professionals can be seen wearing protective clothing, masks and gloves as they direct drivers to the testing bay where a swab will be taken.

A further 30,000 COVID-19 testing kits are expected to arrive in Ireland on Thursday.
