Here is the heartwarming moment gardai helped out an isolated man in Co Limerick as the coronavirus pandemic continues to grip Ireland.
Officers delivered essentials such as coal, sticks, an ESB top-up and medication to the elderly man who has no transport.
An appeal was also launched for anyone who feels they need help to call the gardai, who will assist in any way they can.

A garda spokesman said: "Co Limerick Gardaì delivering coal, sticks, ESB top up and medication to a man who has no transport.
"Our members across the country are available to assist. Dont be afraid to pick up the phone and call us if you need help. "
And there was an outpouring of support on social media for the wonderful gesture.
One wrote: "Well done to the Gardaí doing a great job."
While another added: "Wonderful! Apart from delivering the goodies, the reassurance you will give old people is beyond priceless. Thank you all."
It comes after elderly and ill people will be asked to stay home for several weeks as part of a "cocooning" measure against coronavirus.
Taoiseach Leo Varadkar made the announcement as part of a state of the nation broadcast on RTE on Tuesday evening.
He also warned that this is only the “calm before the storm” in the coronavirus emergency.
Mr Varadkar prepared people for the drastic measure of ordering the old and vulnerable that they will have to stay at home for “several weeks.”
He called this strategy “cocooning.”
