Neighbours from a street in Dublin are riding out the coronavirus lockdown in style - holding social-distancing-friendly singalong sessions in front of their homes.
Videos taken over the weekend by local woman Lauren Shortt have already been viewed over a hundred thousand times.
They show residents of Galtymore Road, Drimnagh, enjoying themselves in these strange times - and the local gardai even join in, Dublin Live reports.
The group of neighbours didn't let the global Covid-19 pandemic stop them having the time of their life at the Saturday night singalong and dance.
The intrepid community have pulled together to organise the ultimate lockdown street party, with residents providing DJs, decks, loudspeakers and disco lights to really heighten the feel good mood.
Lauren's clips show neighbours dancing and singing along to everything from Whigfield's Saturday Night and Gerry and the Pacemakers' version of You'll Never Walk Alone.
Even the gardai got in on the fun, with one great video showing a couple of cars cruising by and flashing their lights to add to the disco atmosphere.
Lauren said: "They're great - they loved it."
She told Dublin Live that they organised their first street party last Saturday on the first full day of the lockdown - and it was such a hit they now plan to have them every week for as long as the national quarantine continues.
And the lockdown singalong Saturday night sessions weren't just popular with the locals.
Social media users gave huge praise to the idea with one clip being viewed over 70,000 times.
