Sligo, Kerry and Donegal have now gone more than 20 days without a new confirmed coronavirus case.
Donegal today reached three weeks without a confirmed case while Sligo, 26, nears four weeks and Kerry has gone 23 days.
Mayo is now 12 days without a case while both Westmeath and Waterford are a day away from going a week without a new cases.
The latest stats were revealed as a further people died from coronavirus and eight more cases were confirmed.
There have now been 25,238 confirmed cases of the virus in the Republic of Ireland with 1,703 sadly dying.
Professor Philip Nolan, Chair of the NPHET Irish Epidemiological Modelling Advisory Group, said; “The reproductive number has remained stable, between 0.4 – 0.8 over a number of weeks. The next two weeks are now critical in limiting transmission, keeping the r-number low and suppressing the virus.
"It is how we interact, as we go about our daily lives more freely, that will determine whether the r-number increases."
