A further 75 people have sadly been confirmed to have died from coronavirus in Ireland.
Health chiefs have also announced an additional 1,318 cases of COVID-19 in the country.
The death toll from the deadly virus now stands at 3,586.
There have been 200,744 confirmed infections in Ireland since the pandemic began.
