Two worshippers who attend mosques in Edinburgh have reportedly tested positive for coronavirus.
Blackhall Mosque, on House O'Hill Road, had revealed they have their first case of coronavirus.
The patient is said to be self-isolation and the mosque has been closed until further notice to allow for a deep clean to be carried out.
A post on the mosque's Facebook read: "Asalamu alaikum we pray you are all well and praying at all times for the health of all.
"We would like to inform you we have had our 1st case of coronavirus. The member has been asked by doctors to self isolate at home."
"Edinburgh Blackhall Mosque is now closed to the public until further notice.
"This decision has been taken to allow premises to be disinfected."
Zia-UI-Quran Mosque in Glasgow reported late last night that another worshipper at Annandale Mosque, on Annandale Street in Leith, had also tested positive for COVID-19.
However, this is yet to be confirmed by Annandale Mosque.
An update on Zia-UI-Quran Mosque Glasgow's Facebook page read: "Positive case of Coronavirus has been confirmed at Blackhall Mosque (Edinburgh) and another positive case from Annandale Mosque (Edinburgh).
"We request people of the age of 60+ and those with underlining health issues not to attend the mosque. Please make sure you bring your prayer mats and do Wudhu at home.
"May Allah protect us."
Edinburgh Live has reached out to Annandale Mosque for comment.
The Scottish Government confirmed on Sunday there were three new confirmed cases of coronavirus in the Lothians since Saturday, with 153 found throughout Scotland.
