The Scottish Government today said that 1265 people have now tested positive for coronavirus in Lanarkshire.
It comes as 1262 patients across Scotland who tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) have died.
And 17 people in Lanarkshire were in intensive care at midnight, with confirmed or suspected coronavirus.
The Scottish test numbers for April 27 show a total of 50,294 people have been tested across the country.
Of these:
■ 39,773 tests were confirmed negative
■ 10,521 tests were positive
■ 1,262 patients who tested positive have died
■ 134 patients were in intensive care last night, with 121 of those having tested positive
■ There were 1762 people in Scottish hospitals with either confirmed or suspected COVID-19 (including those in intensive care).
