With the country now months into the coronavirus pandemic and all that comes with it, it's essential to get some good news.
With plenty of reasons to be downbeat, here at the Irish Mirror we want to give you some to be optimistic.
Here's the latest rundown of good news in Ireland as we enter the summer months.
Half the country records no new cases
The scale of Ireland's impressive progress against the coronavirus is made clear by the data showing how many new confirmed cases are reported in each county daily.

And in the most recent figures released on Monday, a staggering 14 counties recorded zero new Covid-19 infections over the previous 24 hours.
The counties are as follows: Carlow, Donegal, Kerry, Kilkenny, Laois, Leitrim, Longford, Mayo, Monaghan, Offaly, Roscommon, Sligo, Wexford and Wicklow.
Spain records no coronavirus deaths over 24 hours for first time since March
Spain recorded zero deaths from coronavirus in a 24-hour period for the first time since March.
The breakthrough was announced by the Ministry of Health on Monday afternoon and comes as the country eyes the end of its strict confinement rules.
In the last week, 35 people have died from Covid-19, bringing the total to 27,127 since the start of the pandemic.

Likewise, newly-diagnosed were reduced to 71 in the previous 24 hours, which places the total number of people infected, and confirmed by a test, at 239,638.
In addition, 11,399 people have been admitted to an intensive care unit since the crisis began but just nine in the last seven days, and 123,879 have required hospitalisation.
At its peak, Spain was recording up to 1,000 coronavirus deaths a day.
