The Ireland Women's and Under-20s Six Nations fixtures in France this weekend have now been postponed due to coronavirus fears.
"Further to yesterday’s Press Release announcing the postponement of the Guinness Six Nations match between France and Ireland, Six Nations can now confirm that The Women and U20 matches between the two countries have also been postponed," a statement released this afternoon said.
"The Wales v Scotland Guinness Six Nations and U20 matches will go ahead as scheduled.
"Discussions with Unions and Federations are ongoing as it is of the utmost importance to find suitable dates for rescheduled matches while respecting the values and integrity of our Championship".
Earlier today, it was confirmed that Ireland's Euro 2020 football play-off will be played behind closed doors in Slovakia.
A raft of fixtures across sports throughout Europe have been affected, with a number of announcements breaking today as the virus continues to take hold across the continent.
An FAI statement this morning read: "The Republic of Ireland’s UEFA EURO 2020 Play-Off against Slovakia on March 26th will be played behind closed doors on the instruction of the Slovakian government.
"The decision has just been relayed to the Football Association of Ireland by the Slovakian FA following a directive from their government.
"All fans who purchased tickets for the game in Bratislava will be refunded.
"For supporters with queries regarding refunds, please contact customer-relations@fai.ie ."
