As the coronavirus continues to spread in the UK, many of us will be forced to self-isolate and stay indoors.
If we are stuck indoors, many of us might be forced to find ways to keep ourselves entertained or it might be causing financial problems.
If that is the case - we want to hear from you.
If you have been self-isolating for a few days or have just started, we want you to tell us what you have been going through and what have been the highs and the lows of isolation.
Have you been worrying about money or your family? What has it been like travelling to the supermarket? Have you had any job worries or issues?
We've teamed up with InYourArea to create a new initiative to let people know in your community what life has been like since the virus struck.
We've created a form you can fill in with as much information as possible to be put on our community news website.
