Coronavirus contact tracing underway at Glasgow packaging business

Contact tracing is being undertaken at a label making and packaging business in the Whiteinch area of Glasgow.

The business in question is Gilmour & Dean Eurostampa, which is located on Clydeholm Road off South Street near to the Clyde Tunnel.

NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde confirmed that their Test & Protect team are carrying out contact tracing around the business, and is working closely with them to support affected individuals.

A list of close contacts is being established and are being contacted by Test and Protect teams and told to self-isolate.

Robust coronavirus control measures are in place within the business and, apart from those who are identified as close contacts, all other staff can continue to attend as normal.

Members of the public are asked to remain vigilant.

Only people who are experiencing symptoms are asked to book a test. Anyone with one or more of the symptoms should immediately self-isolate and order a test on the NHS inform website www.nhsinform.scot.
