There has been a spike in the number of coronavirus cases in Scotland, with an additional 65 positive tests in the last 24 hours.
This figure represents 1.6 per cent of newly tested individuals.
28 of the new cases are in the Grampian health board area, while nine are in Greater Glasgow and Clyde, 12 in Lanarkshire and two in Orkney.
Nicola Sturgeon said the cases in Greater Glasgow and Lanarkshire, between them, may "reflect a cluster in North East Glasgow".
There are now 253 coronavirus patients are in hospital - which is five fewer than yesterday - while three patients remain in intensive care as of last night with the virus.
Again, no deaths form confirmed cases of coronavirus have been reported since Thursday.
It comes as clusters are being investigated across Scotland.
A student at St Ambrose High School in Lanarkshire is self-isolating the virus, while Peterhead Central School in Aberdeen announced they would be closing to staff and pupils, with several employees self isolating.
Pupils at Bannerman High School in Glasgow were also among eight to have tested positive in a coronavirus cluster in the city.

It comes as quarantine restrictions will be reimposed holidaymakers returning to the UK from France, the Netherlands, Monaco, Malta, Turks & Caicos and Aruba have also been added to the UK's quarantine list.
The restrictions will come into place after 4am on Saturday.
