The Scottish Government has published new data showing the latest coronavirus infection rates across Scotland.
A total of 6,881 positive cases of Covid-19 were recorded in the week between January 27 to February 2 - which represents 6.3% of people tested.
The Public Health Scotland figures also show that Scotland’s 7-day positive rate per 100,000 population was 133.8.
Falkirk recorded the highest 7-day positive rate per 100,000 population during that week, with Glasgow, North Lanarkshire and West Dunbartonshire not far behind.

The Shetland Islands was the only local authority area not to record a single case of coronavirus during the same seven days.
Officials say that the current stay at home restrictions are working to bring down infection rates across the country - but they still remain high.
Nicola Sturgeon announced that Scots will be living with the current measures until March at the earliest.
The First Minister said that the NHS in Scotland remains under ‘severe’ strain due to the number of people being admitted to hospital with Covid.

Hospital admission figures are said to be around “30% above the high point of the first wave” seen in April last year.
