More than 130 NHS staff in Ayrshire are self-isolating after testing positive for coronavirus.
A further 70 workers are off due to being contacted by Test and Protect, the health board has confirmed.
Latest figures released by NHS Ayrshire & Arran show a total of 132 staff are currently at home following positive tests.
Medical director Dr Crawford McGuffie said: "NHS Ayrshire & Arran has prepared extensively to deal with COVID-19 and continues to work to ensure we have the right resources, equipment and staffing in place.
"As of Friday, February 12, we currently have 132 staff self-isolating at home as a result of testing positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19) and 70 staff self-isolating at home having been contacted by Test and Protect."
It comes with the number of Covid patients in Ayrshire hospitals dropping to its lowest number since the turn of the year.
As of yesterday, 162 patients were receiving treatment for coronavirus in the region.
That's the lowest figure since January 1 when 160 people were in the region's hospitals and down seven on the previous day's tally.
There remain 12 people battling the disease in intensive care.
