Friday night's Coronation Street saw residents of the cobbles gathered together as they celebrated Oliver Platt's birthday.
However, it wasn't long before things quickly took an awkward turn, and viewers were left feeling 'physically sick' after noticing something a little bit grim.
As noticed by the ECHO, fans had their stomachs turned when they realised Oliver, who was poorly in the episode, had been coughing and spluttering all over his cake. Delightful.
The party was in full swing, with little Oliver eventually falling asleep, after it all got too much.
But when he woke up again his parents Steve and Leanne held out an incredible Hulk cake for him to blow his candles out.
Oliver went to blow the candles out but ended up coughing all over it.
It didn't take fans long to comment on the unhygienic action.
