Coronation Street fans were worried that Summer could face another upsetting storyline this summer, following scenes in Monday night's episode.
The show saw Todd and Billy ask her to be their "groomsmaid" at their upcoming wedding, with Nina set to make her dress.
Summer was thrilled about the idea and Nina took her measurements in order to make the gown.

But as Nina wrote Summer's measurements down Summer was quick to question them saying she'd made a mistake.
Nina checked them again and when they were correct Summer appeared gutted.
She spoke about her weight gain with Billy and he said that it was something she may have to face as a result of her Diabetes diagnosis.
Diabetes UK tweeted about the issue following the scenes and said: "Unexplained weight loss is one of 4 main signs you might have #type1 diabetes.
"Weight usually returns to normal once you start treatment, but it’s normal to feel concerned when you notice changes to your body, like Summer in tonight's #Corrie."
But some viewers were worried that Summer could develop an eating disorder or problem with her weight as a result of her treatment.
Mike said: "Will this be start of a bulimic storyline for summer?"
Ryan Glendenning said: "Summer worrying about her weight (crying emoji)"
Justin Rafferty said: "Summer is worried about her weight."
