The yoga instructor posed for the racy snap and uploaded it on social media on Tuesday for her 12.8k followers to see.
In the snap, the pregnant beauty covered her breasts by crossing her arms over her chest.
Her blossoming baby bump took centre stage while the blonde snapped the mirror selfie in black and white.
The photo was cropped to perfectly frame her growing baby bump.
Flowing golden curls spilled out over her back and she wore only her jewellery for the social media snap.
In the caption, Briony admitted being pregnant has stopped her from feeling lonely.
She wrote: "Thanks to you baby, I can’t remember the last time I felt lonely."
Since her pregnancy, the fitness instructor has been drizzling her Instagram account with her pregnant yoga pose snaps.
Sam, 27, has found fame on Coronation Street playing Chesney Brown.
His character recently welcomed quadruplets on the cobbles.
In real life, the couple made their happy news public in May earlier this year.
Briony and Sam have been married for more than a year and celebrated their anniversary on May 5.
The actor admitted the lovebirds were surprised to find out they were having a girl because there are loads of girls in their families.
He told OK! magazine: "We're having a boy!
"It was a massive surprise when we found out, as there are loads of girls in our families, so we were adamant we were having a girl."
