Coronation Street star Julia Goulding has announced she's pregnant with her first child.
The Corrie actress, who plays Shona Ramsey, is expecting a baby with her husband Ben Silver.
Julia, 34, from Middleton , told her fans by sharing a photo of the happy couple looking ecstatic.
She said: "Ben and I are delighted to announce that we are expecting our first baby at the end of this year! We are absolutely overjoyed and can’t wait to meet our little one!"
Julia revealed in February that she had tied the knot with her partner of three years on stage at Manchester's Albert Hall - which was appropriate because she loves being on stage.
Breaking with tradition the happy couple walked down the aisle holding hands.
Speaking in OK! Magazine Julia said: "‘I love being on stage and I always wanted to get married on one!"
Wedding guests included Jack P Shepherd, who plays Julia's on-screen boyfriend David Platt, and his partner Hanni Treweek, Tina O’Brien who pays Sarah Platt, Lucy Fallon who plays Bethany, Nicola Thorp who plays Nicola Rubinstein and Daniel Brocklebank who plays vicar Billy Mayhew.
Ben popped the question during a walk in snow when Julia announced she'd booked a surprise trip to New York for his 30th birthday, and he surprised her by asking her to marry him.
Julia joined Corrie in December 2016 as Shona, who found love with widowed David after they met in a nightclub.
After she stole his wallet, which she later returned, a reformed Shona moved into the street and landed a job at Roy's Rolls cafe.
Her romance to David ended briefly when he discovered that she was the mother of killer Clayton Hibbs who murdered his late wife Kylie, but he forgave her for the sake of his children Max and Lily who were missing her.
They hit the rocks again when Clayton embroiled her in his plot to bring drugs into prison, but were reunited when the killer escaped and took her hostage.
Barber David then popped the question earlier this year, but they were recently rocked again by the arrival of apprentice stylist Natalie Watkins who kissed Shona's man.
