Coronation Street star Julia Goulding has announced she's pregnant.
Julia plays Shona Ramsey in the ITV soap and only got married to husband Ben Silver a few months ago.
The 34-year-old star shared a picture of herself and Ben to Instagram, beaming as they told fans the news.
Captioning the shot, Julia said: "Ben and I are delighted to announce that we are expecting our first baby at the end of this year! We are absolutely overjoyed and can’t wait to meet our little one!"
And her followers rushed to send their congratulations - reports Mirror Online.
One commented: "Awww congrats! So happy for you!"
While another said: "Awwww congratulations to you both."
Julia, who is the on-screen lover of Jack P Shepherd's character David Platt, and teacher Ben tied the knot on stage in Manchester’s Albert Hall in February.
She told OK! Magazine : "I love being on stage and I always wanted to get married on one."
Ben said of seeing his wife-to-be for the first time in her dress: "As soon as I saw Julia, I just knew it was the best day of my life."
Julia explained that her dad "didn’t mind" not walking her down the aisle to give her away and said: "The way we did it felt right for Ben and I."
Julia had been dating Ben for three years, when he proposed to her on his 30th birthday, and they decided to keep it secret for 10 months.
She told him she had booked a surprise trip to New York for him and then he got down on one knee, which Julia said: "I wasn't expecting it at all."
