The net finally closes in on cheating Robert Preston in Coronation Street next week.
The two-timer's world comes crashing down around him after he is involved in a horrific car smash.
Robert, played by Tristan Gemmill, is juggling long-time love Michelle Connor (Kym Marsh) and pregnant Vicky Jefferies (Kerri Quinn).
As he is driving home from he is distracted by a call from Michelle and he loses control at the wheel.
This will leave Robert fighting for his life in hospital - and it's there that things start to unravel.
Michelle can’t understand why confused Robert is asking about a baby, and she spots a necklace she doesn't recognise.
One of the midwives soon recognises Robert and when Vicky comes for a check up she tells her has has been in an accident.
The women both rush to be by his bedside and a game of musical chairs is played with the oblivious women.
It takes until Friday for the penny to finally drop and, as expected, all hell breaks loose.
Both Kym and Kerri are leaving the Cobbles before the end of the year.
"It's been crazy," Kerri said. "It started off as 10 weeks and just got extended and extended. It's been an amazing experience - but it wasn't going to last forever."
Kym joked that she has "fallen out" with her co-star Alison King over her Coronation Street departure.
The Corrie favourite, who has played Michelle since 2006, is swapping the cobbles for the theatre.
Speaking to This Morning last week, Kym said: "She’s kind of fallen out with me about it. She keeps having a little cry.
"She’s going to miss me and I’m going to miss her incredibly."
It's not the only must-watch moment next week.
Things take a devastating turn as Daniel Osborne (Rob Mallard) still can’t come to terms with the death of his wife Sinead Tinker (Katie McGlynn).
