Coronation Street airs panic for Gemma Winter next week, as the pregnant character goes into labour and gives birth to her baby quadruplets.
The drama kicks off as she and partner Chesney try to enjoy some time away together in Wales, only for them to be stuck on a cable car in the air as she realises the babies are coming.
Chesney pulls the emergency stop just moments after he proposes to her, with the death of his friend and ex Sinead Tinker making him want to make the most of his life.
But his hopes for a romantic proposal go wrong when just as he pops the question, her contractions start - leaving them both fearing she will welcome the quads in the car.
Corrie spoilers reveal that the babies are delivered safely though, while it's not exactly clear where.
Gemma is shown in hospital though, and there's further worry when she learns she can be discharged - but her little ones must stay in hospital.
When the character also struggles to express her milk, she's reassured by Chesney and the nurse that she's doing just fine.
An emotional Gemma watches her four newborn babies in their incubator, with her loved ones left trying to cheer her up as she fears over leaving them.
But worry turns to anger when Gemma finds out her mum Bernie has set up an Instagram account for the quads, hoping to cash in on the publicity.
Pal Cathy then reveals they've secured a free room at a local upmarket hotel in exchange for them using the 'Cable Car Quads' as promotion.
Publicity aside, Gemma and Chesney will have their hands full now that their four little ones have arrived.
But will Chesney finally get to propose without anything getting in the way, and will their new babies be okay?
No doubt Bernie has more tricks up her sleeve, so viewers can expect chaos!
