Coronation Street spoiler leaves Tim and Sally Metcalfe's future on cobbles uncertain

Coronation Street's Tim and Sally Metcalfe's plans hang in the balance as the pair fear that they will be made homeless in upcoming episodes.

After learning that Ray's proposed development plans get the go ahead, Tim (Joe Duttine) and Sally (Sally Dynevor) are put at risk of leaving the Coronation Street as they scramble to save their home.

The tense scenes come shortly after Tim learned that his dad Geoff Metcalfe had died after falling from a roof top following his shocking showdown with Yasmeen.

Ray Crosby - played by Mark Frost - has been on a relentless mission to get approval to bulldoze the cobbles and erect a new build of lavish flats.

There are emotional scenes in upcoming episodes of the hit ITV show, after a Chairperson finally confirms that property developer Ray's proposed block of flats can go ahead.

The Coronation Street residents then face further turmoil as they return home to find letters nailed to their doors that say they have just two weeks to leave their properties.

Tim is also devastated to learn that the Hale Barns project has been postponed, which means that the family have no-where to move to.

Despite being set to become homeless, Tim and Sally are still required to vacate their home in two weeks before the demolition crews move in.

After overhearing the concerns, Faye (Ellie Leach) must now decide whether she reveals the truth about Ray in order to help her family.

While the residents face an uncertain future, Abi (Sally Carman) is also still confident that they can beat Ray if they all stick together - but will their efforts be enough?
