Coronation Street's Tim Metcalfe vows to kill Ray after Faye's baby bombshell

Coronation Street's Tim Metcalfe vowed to make evil Ray Crosby pay, after learning what he had done to his daughter Faye Windass.

Faye was taken advantage of and manipulated into sleeping with Ray, before he made an attempt to rape her weeks later.

In the aftermath, Faye attacked Ray - not realising it was actually Adam Barlow who she hit over the head and left for dead.

Amid her guilt, and brother Gary being in prison for the crime, Faye now feared she was pregnant with Ray's baby.

After Tim tried to work out what she was hiding, as she continued to hide away, he finally got her to open up to him.

A tearful Faye revealed all about her night with Ray and splitting up with Craig as a result.

It's then that she revealed Ray assaulted her, before dropping the bombshell that she could be pregnant.

Tim was horrified and determined to get the police involved, until Faye explained she'd end up in prison because of what happened to Adam.

As she begged Tim not to do anything, he was furious and vowed to kill Ray for what he had done.

But Faye was adamant that he couldn't do or say anything as it would "make things worse".

Tim later went to visit Gary in prison, asking for help on what to do next - while Faye learned she wasn't pregnant.

But Gary had no options as he was determined to protect his sister, and serve time in prison so she didn't have to.

Will Faye tell the police all about Ray, and what really happened to Adam?

Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30pm and 8:30pm on ITV.
