Coronation Street's Simon Gregson ensured he had a birthday to remember as he performed a song on stage shirtless to celebrate in Manchester on Thursday night.
In the now-deleted footage, which was posted by his wife Emma Gleave as she watched on, the soap star was dressed in a feathered collar, black bowler hat and dark jeans - and nothing else.
Appearing in his element as he rocked the microphone, Simon proudly paraded his topless torso in front of the audience and was accompanied on stage by a drag queen.
Simon turned 45 on October 2 and decided to head out to celebrate with his wife the following evening.
On the special day, Emma shared a sweet post as tribute to her husband on Twitter.
The blonde penned: "Happy birthday beautiful!!!!" alongside a snap of her and Simon sat at a dinner table enjoying some wine.
Looking every inch the couple in love they cosied up to one another in the cute offering.
Simon's birthday celebrations come after he opened up on his battle with “awful” anxiety.
He said a combination of therapy and medication helped him cope, adding “you’ll be surprised how many people suffer”.
He said: “It’s a hidden, awful emotion but it’s treatable and manageable with the right help. Tablets work different for different people, mine worked with therapy.
“You need to find the right one for you. Life is complicated, enjoy, embrace and love each other.”
Simon was talking to fans on Twitter following BBC show Nadiya: Anxiety and Me, about former Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain’s mental health struggles.
He has previously spoken about battling depression and was signed off work in 2015 for an undisclosed illness. But two years ago he said he was the happiest he’s ever been.
The actor said at the time: “I had to pinch myself the other day – a beautiful wife and three beautiful kids who are hilarious.”
