Coronation Street's Sally and her clever move against evil Geoff

Coronation Street fans have predicted how Sally will help bring evil abuser Geoff to justice.

Tonight saw dramatic scenes as Sally went into Geoff and Yasmeen's home to get Geoff's laptop to try and recover the damning CCTV footage of his abuse.

But just as she was leaving Geoff came into the house, as Sally managed to hide in the kitchen.

Geoff went straight upstairs, but as Sally tried to quietly sneak out he came thundering down the stairs.

Sally said she had borrowed a key to the house from Faye to get a copy of Jayne Eyre for Yasmeen in prison.

Geoff demanded she hand over the book, but instead she pulled out a copy of a Houdini book.

Sally said: "She needs something to take her mind off the hell you've put her through, this is still her house.

Geoff said: "It's my book give it back."

Sally said: "You'll need the tips when the police come for you, you're an abuser and everyone knows it."

Geoff said Sally would be "very sorry" and Sally asked him if he was threatening her.

He said: "Yes I am" and stepped menacingly towards her.

But fans think Geoff's threats might convince police he's an abuser, as viewers thought Sally had recorded their conversation.
