Helping his brother Adam out with his restaurant, The Spinn, Ryan took to Instagram to talk about his new role.

Ryan, 36, told his followers: "I'm just waiting outside The Spinn to pick up my next delivery. Make the call, you know you want to.

"I might be coming to a home near you."

Ryan teased his Instagram followers by revealing he would show up at their homes if they made an order from The Spinn (thespinn_/Instagram)

According to the Mirror, he later posted a picture of his delivery, saying customers were very happy with their delicious-looking burgers.

As he took breaks between orders, Ryan also filmed himself watching an episode of The Chase in the comfort of his car.

Ryan, 36, said he was happy to help out brother Adam, 32, who last year revealed that he and his restaurant co-owner were doing their deliveries themselves to keep down the cost.

Before joining the restaurant business, like his brother, Ryan, Adam also found work in a soap - starring as Adam Barton in Emmerdale for seven years.

In a message to customers, Adam said he and business partner Scott Graham would be handling all deliveries in lockdown.

He added: "As a team, we don't know what to say or do right now...as far as business is concerned we shall remain open until we are told not to do so...

"In all honesty, we can not afford to close, our overheads are high and we potentially wouldn’t survive what is sure to be a difficult time for everybody in all walks of life."
