Coronation Street's Oliver feared dead after seizure - and Steve is blamed

Steve McDonald and Leanne Battersby fear for their son's life in next week's Coronation Street.

Young Oliver is rushed to hospital after suffering from a seizure - and Steve is nowhere to be seen.

Steve leaves his three-year-old son with Summer after seeing a fight break out between his long-lost daughter Emma and her ex-boyfriend Seb.

He calms Emma down, but returns to find Summer panicking while Oliver starts fitting on the floor.

Steve races into the medical centre carrying Oliver and Dr Gaddas tells him he should take his young son to A&E as a precaution.

Leanne arrives at the hospital frantic with worry and is horrified to discover Steve left Oliver with Summer.

As Leanne and Nick watch over Oliver in his hospital bed - the finger of blame is quickly pointed at Steve.

The pair comes to blows and embark on a custody battle when Leanne threatens to stop Steve seeing their son.

Steve asks Imran for some legal advice concerning access rights, but due to Toyah’s connection, Imran gives him another solicitor’s card.

Steve invites Nick and Leanne to join him and Tracy at Speed Daal in a bid to build bridges,

But he is caught red-handed when he accidentally drops the business card given to him by Imran.

Leanne is furious to realise Steve is seriously considering taking legal advice as he makes matters worse.
