Coronation Street actress Ellie Leach wowed in a show-stopping glamorous look for her friend’s wedding.
The actress, 20, took to Instagram to share snaps from the special day as she posed alongside boyfriend Reagan Pettman.
Ellie, best know for playing Faye Windass in the ITV soap, looked stunning in the floor-length taupe gown, which featured delicate embellishment and ruffled sleeves, and held a bouquet of cream flowers in the snaps.
With her hair loosely pinned back off her face with a floral accessory, Ellie puckered up for a kiss with her beau, who looked dapper in a checked three-piece suit and his hair slicked back.
She captioned the snaps with a simple love heart emoji, and her followers were quick to heap praise on the actress in the comments.
“You both look amazing. Xxx,” one wrote. "Ahh pretty lady,” another commented.
"Looking gorgeous Ellie! You look so different from Faye on Corrie," another fan wrote, prompting many of her fans to agree.
However, her beautiful bridesmaid dress managed to confuse some of her followers, who assumed she and Reagan had tied the knot.
“Congragulations you both look amazing i hope you have a wonderful day,” one wrote, alongside a bride emoji. “Ohhhhh getting married,” another added.
Ellie’s character Faye has featured in some hard-hitting storylines on the long-running show since she landed the role of the troubled schoolgirl back in 2011.
Faye is the adopted daughter of Anna and Eddie Windass, who fell pregnant at the age of 12, and later gave her daughter Miley up for adoption.
She was also sexually assaulted by Ray Crosby, and in December, she was sentenced to three years in prison for attacking Adam Barlow in a case of mistaken identity.
She was last seen on screen in April, but hasn’t been mentioned since, leaving viewers to speculate on her character’s whereabouts.
"Are you gonna go back into Corrie?" one fan asked on one of Ellie’s social media posts. “R u coming back into Corrie?" another asked.
"Pls come back to Corrie!!!!" a third follower begged.
And viewers criticised the ITV soap for failing to include Faye in ongoing storylines that feature her family.
"Is Faye Windass in jail? If she is, why doesn't anyone go and see her?" a curious fan asked.
Some also questioned why Faye wasn’t included in any scenes that featured Kelly, as they’re believed to be in the same prison.
"Faye is in prison… why no scenes together? Surely she would be in the SAME prison?" a viewer tweeted.
