Irish conman Jim McDonald looks set to make a comeback to Coronation Street sometime this summer or autumn.
Actress Beverley Callard, who plays Jim's on-off love interest Liz, appeared to accidentally confirm that he would be returning this year.
Asked whether she could tease what was coming up on the ITV soap over the coming months, she hinted that viewers would see more Liz and Jim drama.
She also compared the couple to Prince Andrew and Fergie in that they were always drawn back to one another.
"We've got some really good stuff coming up. The summer and autumn are quite amazing," she told the panel. "In fact, I quite think that Andrew and Fergie are like Liz and Jim... they've been married twice to each other!

"And Liz and Steve too, of course, as well. I'm with Simon [Gregson] tomorrow and I know already... he rang me up last night and said 'Have you seen these scenes? We won't be able to do it for laughing!'"
This comes after she hinted at co-star Charles Lawson's, who plays Jim, return back in December.
He initially came back last year by cooking up a sick scam to get money from her by claiming their dead daughter Katie was still alive.
Appearing with fellow scammer Hannah Gilmore, the pair spun a lie that there had been a mix-up at the hospital in 1992 and that the baby girl they had thought had died was still alive.
However it instead turned out that Hannah was Jim's lover and that the pair thought up the plot as a bid for revenge.
Jim later left the cobbles after the truth was uncovered... how could Liz react if she saw him again?
