Coronation Street's Beth star poses with 'precious' pals as she share snaps from reunion city break

Coronation Street fans were thrilled as they realised that a trio of the soap's former and current stars not only reunited but headed on a mini-break together.

Actress Katie McGlynn, who played Underworld worker Sinead Osbourne - nee Tinker - in the ITV soap from 2013 up until the character's tragic death from cervical cancer in 2019, reunited with Rob Mallard who plays widower Daniel Osbourne and Lisa George who plays her auntie Beth Sutherland.

The group were pictured sharing a drink over the Easter weekend with Rochdale star Katie, who recently appeared in Hollyoaks, posted a picture of the group on her Instagram page as she wished her followers a happy Easter while adding: "Tinkers on tour."

But as we already mentioned, it was just a catch-up over a drink as the soap stars whizzed themselves off to Amsterdam for a quick getaway. After arriving back home from the fun-filled trip to the Netherlands’ capital, Lisa, who recently wowed with her powerful singing voice on ITV's All Star Musicals, shared a few snaps with her Instagram followers.

"#tinkersontour finally over," she started the caption on the string of gorgeous snaps which showed Lisa taking selfies with her pals from the Amsterdam canals.

"Loved spending time with these precious peeps and love them v much. We had a blast!!! The three musketeers in the Dam…. Fabulous memories which I will cherish. Love you @katiexmcglynn @rob.mallard thanks for the laughs."

Katie was quick to comment, writing: "Room 303 at its finest. Love you guys," before fans quickly shared their delight at seeing them together off-screen.

Rob also shared a few holiday pictures, one of the trio smiling in the sunshine and another alongside his former on-screen wife which he posted with a simple heart.

"Love this I miss Sinead," @deborahlansbury shared.

@marcelle.connjamieson replied: " Beautiful photo guys!!"

"Great picture of you both and fab actors," @ sarahcook196 commented.

But @tasha.field.levene joked referring to Rob's latest on-screen drama with new girlfriend Daisy Midgley, played by Charlotte Jordan: "Don't let Daisy see, she'll kill Sinead for a second time."
