Coronation Street's Alya 'set to expose' Geoff's abuse of Yasmeen after sinister discovery

Alya Nazir is determined to discover what has really been going on behind closed doors with grandmother Yasmeen and her husband Geoff Metclafe and looks set to expose his sinister behaviour.

The restaurateur, played by Sair Khan, will demand an explanation from Geoff after finding Yasmeen crying in the garden.

Next week on the ITV soap, Geoff tries to evade Alya's questioning which, ultimately, makes her even more suspicious and she later calls in at No.6.

Alya insists that her grandmother join her on a stroll around the Red Rec and ends up asking her about why she was crying.

Will Yasmeen tell her the truth?

Meanwhile Geoff (Ian Bartholomew) is frantic when he returns back home and rummages through the side board, relieved when he manages to find Yasmeen's passport.

When she returns home, Geoff breaks down as he admits that he thought she left him and a baffled Yasmeen is forced to comfort him.

Later on in the week, Alya is furious when she discovers yet another nasty review about Speed Dahl online and is convinced that Ray is behind it all.

Earlier this month, Ray was left infuriated after his Valentine's in the Bistro was ruined by Abi and Alya gathering his sexual harassment victims over the years.

However Geoff is actually the person who is behind the vile comments and panics when Alya decides to go digging to find out who wrote the reviews.

He attempts to suggest that she leave it and says she'll only make things worse if she 'pokes the bear'.

Will Alya discover what Geoff has really been up to and will she be able to help her grandmother get away from him for good?
