Alan Halsall is one of Coronation Street's best loved stars - but away from the Cobbles he leads a pretty lavish lifestyle.
Yesterday Alan, who plays Tyrone Dobbs, showed off his brand new Mercedes AMG GTC, which has a starting price of around £104,000, on Instagram.
After splitting from his wife Lucy-Jo Hudson Alan has gone all out - transforming his look by buffing up and having a second hair transplant.
And now, the car is the icing on the cake - reports Mirror Online.
Sharing a snap of the shiny red vehicle parked up outside his Manchester mansion, he said: "You can’t buy happiness but.... you can buy a new car and that’s kind of the same thing #AMG #GTC #♦️ #amggtc #mercedesamggtc#mercedes.

One of his fans joked he was the "Best paid mechanic in the world," referring to his character's occupation.

Alan is used to travelling in style as he recently got a private jet to Cheltenham festival with some friends.
He also enjoyed a lad's trip to Ibiza last summer - where he showcased his new physique.

Alan is very proud of his house too and recently showed it off on Instagram.
He wrote: "Wow exactly a year to the day I moved in to this house that took nearly four years to finish from start to finish.
"So much has happened in that year, but sat here now with my princess asleep in her bed, I love this house so much #sograteful."
The house was completed after Alan split from his wife, with whom he shares daughter Sienna-Rae, five.
