Coronation Street star Alan Halsall has got into the Christmas spirit with his family by putting up a huge Christmas tree.
Many people have put their Christmas decorations up early this year in a bid to bring some joy to 2020 and Alan has joined in with the masses.
Alan, who plays mechanic Tyrone Dobbs in the ITV soap, went all out with his girlfriend Tisha Merry and daughter Sienna-Rae.
The family got into matching Christmas pyjamas to decorate their huge tree in the hallway.
Alan, 38, shared a timelapse video to Instagram of the family putting up the tree.
The group first put the fake tree up, before adding lights, decorations, ribbons and beads.
The tree was decorated in red and gold colours and after it was fully trimmed the family stood beside it and beamed in Christmas themed glasses.
Sienna then danced around the tree, clearly proud of her creation.
Alan explained his decision to put his decs up early in the caption and said: "It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas"
"Who can blame us for wanting to get 2020 out of the way?
"So much fun singing and dancing to Christmas music tonight and putting up our tree."
