Coronation Street could be lining up a shocking death on the ITV soap next week, as Robert Preston takes drastic action to silence his other woman Vicky Jefferies.
Robert accidentally proposed to his fling months after she fell pregnant with his child, and he almost left partner Michelle Connor for her.
But Robert soon changed his mind and decided it was Michelle he wanted, with them now preparing for the wedding in upcoming scenes.
Michelle recently found out about Robert's cheating ways and figured out he was expecting a baby with Vicky - while she is now planning her revenge, pretending to have forgiven him.
But Vicky doesn't take too kindly to being dumped, and the pregnant character vows to expose Robert's lies to Weatherfield.

It works in Michelle''s favour too, as she encourages Robert to sign The Bistro over to her as Vicky tells him she'll take him for every penny he's got.
He eventually does this despite reluctance, before his wife-to-be offers another demand.
She tells him to go to Vicky's house and ban her from the wedding, but she isn't expecting what happens next.

A neighbour of Vicky hears the pair arguing loudly in a huge showdown, before suddenly a massive crash is heard followed by complete silence.
When Robert returns to the Street he promises Michelle there's no way she'll be ruining the wedding - but what has he done?
The next day, Vicky's son Tyler demands to know where she is fearing for her life and accusing Robert of being behind her vanishing act.

Rumours circulate that the chef might have killed his secret lover, leaving Michelle concerned especially when she recalls the way he told her Vicky wouldn't be at the wedding.
It soon becomes a police matter as the search for pregnant Vicky begins, and Robert is sure Tyler has reported him.
As he's questioned over Vicky's whereabouts the heat builds, with Robert insisting he would never harm her or his unborn child.
Michelle is also questioned over the situation and is asked about Robert's violent past - with Carla soon dropping a confession about him to the police.
Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30pm and 8:30pm on ITV.
