The sinkhole first emerged in the Platt family's garden a year ago, caused by Ray Crosby in a bid to get them to sell their house.
Since then it has remained untreated and covered up in the garden, with the family unable to afford the repairs.
Next week, Leo drops the bombshell though that had David and the family had the sinkhole fixed sooner, the devastating events on the street, leading to a tragic death, would never have happened.
But will the family face trouble with the law as a result?
