Coronation Street could be leading up to the explosive reveal of killer Gary Windass' crimes next week.
Imran Habeeb will make a discovery in upcoming scenes on the ITV soap, over a year on from his sister Rana's death.
Viewers know that Gary caused her death in the factory roof collapse, while he framed loan shark Rick Neeson as the saboteur.
Just weeks later, Gary murdered Rick in a battle to the death after the loan shark tried to kill him.
He's managed to get away with both deaths since then, with Rick's whereabouts not currently known.
But someone who has been suspicious of Gary for a while now is Adam Barlow, the husband of his ex Sarah Platt.
Sarah herself knew about Gary's feud with Rick and his dodgy loan shark business since then, but has wanted to keep herself out of things.
Adam can't help but get involved though, wanting to expose Gary's darkest secrets - unaware of just how dark they are.
Next week, Adam remains suspicious of Gary being so protective of teenager Kelly, who happens to be Rick's daughter.
Out of guilt for killing her dad, which she has no idea about, he's been keeping an eye on her.
He's not the only one though, as next week Adam spills to colleague Imran about who Kelly is, but also Gary's behaviour.
Knowing she's the daughter of the man he believes caused his beloved sister's death, Imran confronts her asking for Rick's whereabouts.
While she doesn't know how to get into contact with him, Gary knows the truth and is alarmed to see the pair talking.
Later on in the week, an unnerved Gary asks Kelly what it was all about.
He later warns her not to tell him anything, but will his panic lead to him being exposed?
It has been revealed that the soap will revisit Rick's murder very soon, leading back to the woods where his body is buried.
So could Imran and Adam work out what Gary did, and will one of them end up being silenced?
