Eagle-eyed Coronation Street viewers spotted bread star Victor McGuire make a surprise cameo in tonight's episode.
The actor, who also starred in Goodnight Sweetheart, turned up in a scene in Dev's shop.
Fans flocked to Twitter to point him out, applauding Corrie bosses for bringing him in for a guest slot.
One wrote: "Brilliant seeing Victor McGuire from Bread in Dev’s shop on @itvcorrie #corrie ."
Another added: "What a legend @vicmcguire64 in #Corrie loved him in #Bread and #GoodnightSweetheart ."
A third tweeted: "Good to see @vicmcguire64 back in #Corrie again. Great actor but will always be Ron from Goodnight Sweetheart for me."
McGuire previously turned up in the soap for two episodes earlier this year playing market stall holder Big Garth.
The actor is best known for playing loveable rogue Jack Boswell in hit BBC1 sitcom Bread from 1986 until 1991.
He went on to land another high-profile role in time-travel sitcom Goodnight Sweetheart.
McGuire played Ron Wheatcroft, best mate of Nicholas Lyndhurst's character Gary Sparrow.
The show ran from 1993 until 1999 and McGuire returned for a reboot in 2016.
He's also appeared in movies including Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30pm and 8:30pm on ITV.
