Coronation Street fans spot problem with Sean's promise to Dylan

Coronation Street fans spotted a big problem as Sean made a promise to Dylan tonight.

Dylan has been struggling with bullies at his school after they found out his dad Sean was gay.

Tonight Sean told him that he and his mum Violet were going to get the school involved and try to make the bullying stop.

But if they couldn't, Sean said that Dylan could come and live with him.

Dylan said: "What with Eileen?" But Sean said he would get his own place and the two of them could live there together.

Dylan asked him if he had enough cash for his own place and Sean confirmed that he had because of his new beauty business.

However viewers questioned Sean's assurances, pointing out that just last year he had been homeless.

And many of them took to social media to point it out.

Dion said: "Can Sean afford his own place?"

Garry Enfield said: "Sean getting his own place, in his dreams."

Shaun Eley said: "Don’t make promises you can’t keep Sean."

Zombie 404 said: "Sean you were living in a tent at the park last year, don’t get your hopes up."

And Ken Barlow said: "So when Sean had 2 jobs as a barman & a knicker stitcher he was skint & homeless. Now pubs are shut and non-essential factories closed, he's got enough money to get his first home in 50 years?"

*Coronation Street continues at 7:30pm on ITV on Friday
