Coronation Street aired devastating scenes on Wednesday, as the ITV soap's coercive control storyline continued.
Geoff Metcalfe has been controlling, manipulating and isolating his wife Yasmeen Nazir for months.
He recently got control of her money and the family business, with her needing permission to spend her own cash.
Geoff has been giving her limited amounts to spend on food shopping and items for the house, while keeping her away from the restaurant as best he can.
A recent episode of the soap saw Geoff hiding a stash of money in the house, moments after asking Yasmeen if they could take some money out of the restaurant for a holiday.
She refused, but clearly Geoff had other ideas.
With him having full control over the money, the latest episode saw him basically admit that he plans to use it.
Not only that, but he revealed to one character how he was going to spend it.
Viewers were disgusted, as he claimed it was his own cash knowing full well it was his wife's.
He told son Tim Metcalfe that he planned to pay towards his wedding to Sally Webster.
But he wasn't just going to pay for the catering, he planned to pay for the entire day.
A shocked Tim was stunned by the generosity, while a smug Geoff claimed he had enough money to treat him.
Viewers were disgusted with Geoff, now knowing he was going to use Yasmeen's money - with them fearing he would leave her with nothing.
One fan commented: "That’s it Geoff you spend all Yasmeen’s money."
Another said: " #corrie geoff the p***k paying for a wedding with money he's nicked."
A third tweeted: "It’s Yasmeen’s money though Geoff..."
This was echoed by another fan who said: " #corrie Geoff will use Yazmeen's money to pay for Tim and Sally's wedding. He will bleed her dry."
