Geoff Metcalfe left Coronation Street fans seething with rage this evening after he attacked Alya Nazir, branding her a "nasty cow", after she exposed his lies.
Convinced that Geoff had faked his heart attack to stop her grandmother from going to Zeedan's wedding, Alya did some digging.
She ended up discovering that Geoff hadn't even booked a hotel abroad and confronted Geoff about it, but he raged after discovering that Alya had gone to the police about him and found out about his criminal past.
After she warned that it was all going to "come out", he raged: "How dare you going digging around in my past."
Cornering her, he continued: "You really are a nasty little cow, aren't you?
"You've always hated me since day one. You've always had it in for me, always badmouthing me. Well I've had it up to here with you, I'm warning you!
"Keep your nose out of my business otherwise I really will lose my temper. And then you'll regret it!"
Yasmeen walked through the door at that moment and was horrified to see Geoff cornering Yasmeen.
Yanking his arm off his Alya, Yasmeen demanded: "Geoff, get away from my granddaughter - now!"
