Coronation Street fans were baffled by Craig's appearance after Kevin and Debbie were rescued from the fridge.
Trapped in the fridge, Kevin dragged Debbie to her feet and insisted they must keep moving.
But despite his best efforts, Debbie slipped into unconsciousness.

Meanwhile, a suspicious Abi enlisted Faye's help and while in the bistro they heard noises coming from the fridge.
Smashing the door open with a crowbar, Abi was horrified to find Kevin and Debbie slumped on the fridge floor.
As Kevin was transferred into the ambulance, he told police officer Craig that it was Ray who locked them in the fridge.
Craig then radioed through to tell his boss they were dealing with attempted murder, before arresting Ray at Manchester Airport.
However, fans were in disbelief that it was once again Craig on the scene.
Lisa tweeted: "Of course Craig is there."
Claw added: "Did you see that our Craig put in an appearance?"
Mandy said: "Is there only one copper in #Corrie every incident that happens and up pops Craig's head."
