Coronation Street aired distressing scenes on Monday night, as flashbacks confirmed what happened to Seb Franklin and Nina Lucas after an attack.
Nina and her boyfriend Seb were harassed and followed, before being brutally beaten and left for dead in a horrific hate crime attack, with Nina targeted over her gothic appearance.
The attack happened earlier in the year, with both Kelly Neelan and Corey Brent facing court over Seb's death.
Viewers know that Kelly was there at the time of the crime, and was involved in terrorising the couple, but she did not kill Seb - Corey did.
Horrifying flashback scenes showed the moment this was confirmed, as Corey kicked Seb and left him bleeding on the floor, soon losing consciousness.

Kelly was shown screaming and crying as she tried to stop Corey, pulling him away only for him to shove her and continue his attack.
Nina was shown trying to flee only to fall over, leading to Eli and another teen stamping on her and kicking her in a disgusting attack.
Seb and Nina were left to die, bleeding and seriously injured, as the four attackers fled the scene and did not help.

It was actually Seb who raised the alarm after briefly waking up, with him desperately crawling over to an injured Nina who was not conscious.
Struggling to breathe, he begged her to wake up before finding her phone on the floor and managing to call for an ambulance.
He told them where they were and what had happened, before he sadly lost consciousness again after dragging himself along the road to be by Nina's side.
Viewers know that Seb later died from his injuries in hospital, leaving his loved ones devastated.
Nina was in a bad way but did survive, while she could not remember what happened.
It's only now that the character has begun remembering bits from that night, with the flashback seeing her remember the full events.
Nina broke down as she retraced her steps by the canal and the warehouse, where she and Seb were confronted by Corey and his gang.

They followed them before knocking them both to the floor, unleashing their disgusting attack on both Seb and Nina while also shouting out abusive slurs.
Corrie viewers were moved and devastated over the scenes, taking to Twitter as the truth came out.
One fan said: "Oh I didn’t expect to be in tears tonight but this episode is so emotional."
A second tweeted: "Horrific to watch but hats off to the young cast everyone of them have been amazing."
Another added: " Coronation Street once again proving the power of soaps. What a harrowing watch but an unbelievably powerful one. Incredible episodes tonight!"
A fourth commented: "Anyone else find these scenes really upsetting."
Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30pm and 8:30pm on ITV.
