Coronation Street fans were left shocked and heartbroken as Seb died on tonight's show.
Seb was declared dead by doctors in hospital after he was brutally beaten alongside his girlfriend Nina.
Doctors ran brain stem tests and medics told his heartbroken mum Abi that his body had shut down.
The doctor said: "His body has shut down there is nothing more we can do and his heart has stopped, I'm so very sorry, he has died."
Abi collapsed onto the floor and started to weep as viewers were also left sobbing at the heartbreaking scenes.
Roy told Abi how sorry he was as she held Seb's hand and sobbed.
Abi caressed his cheek and said: "I'm sorry I didn't protect you Seb, I'm so sorry."
And viewers took to social media in their droves after the heart-wrenching scenes.
Samantha said: "I'm done in, very powerful, so heartbreaking."
Carol O'Shea said: "Tonight's #Corrie was truly heartbreaking."
