Geoff has been controlling and manipulating her for months, with it recently confirmed he was stealing her money.
In the latest episode of the ITV soap, Yasmeen revealed she was visiting a doctor after feeling unwell.
She'd complained about stomach issues recently, stopping her from going to work and leaving the house.
Yasmeen's health issue continued in the latest episode, with her deciding to go to the doctors to see if something was wrong.
Geoff became really defensive over her request of him going with her, because he was planning to meet up with an escort.
But viewers were speculating if it could be more to do with the possibility that he knows more than he's letting on.
Knowing Geoff is abusing her and that he's using her for money, viewers questioned where the plot was going.
With Yasmeen remaining unwell and Geoff acting so defensive, fans wondered if he was causing the stomach pain.
Taking to Twitter, viewers questioned if he was making her ill on purpose and maybe even plotting to kill her.
One viewer said: "Wonder if Geoff has given her something."
