He might have turned up to inspect the factory roof collapse, but Coronation Street fans are convinced that safety inspector Wayne Hayes is hiding a sinister secret of his own.
As well as interviewing all of the members of staff, Wayne has also been helping his former foster dad Roy Cropper in discovering the truth about the ring he was left by his mum.
He managed to discover that the ring originated from Egypt.
But viewers were not convinced he is being entirely genuine and could end up fleecing Roy.
