Coronation Street fans can't take evil Gary seriously after hilarious car gaffe

Coronation Street fans can't take Gary Windass seriously as a supervillain after his hilarious car gaffe.

Evil Gary caused outrage tonight when he murdered Rick Neelan then attacked Sarah Platt in her own home.

But they sarcastically joked that the most intimidating thing he did was return to the scene of the crime in a Fiat 500.

Gary borrowed Bethany Platt's car again to drive into the middle of the woods - where he had left Rick's body.

The popular vehicle may not be a hit with many villains, with many claiming Pat Phelan would not be seen dead in a Fiat 500.

Gary didn't seem to care as he pulled up into the woods in his cool whip.

After putting on some latex gloves, he then dragged the lifeless corpse through the leaves.

Gary then dumped Rick's body in a hole and started to fill it up to hide the evidence.

Sad times for Mr Windass (ITV)

Giggling Coronation Street viewers took to Twitter after watching the shocking scenes.

One viewer said: "Imagine turning up to murder someone in a fiat 500"

"Gary, a VILLAIN, in a fiat 500 is the funniest thing I've seen in a while," added another.

A third said: "Gary the villain driving in a fiat 500, oooh you're hard"

"I’m sorry, I don’t know why that cracked me up so much, it’s a nice car but... it’s hardly the whip of someone trying to be an evil, intimidating baddie," added a fourth.

Fans were baffled as the vehicle suddenly appeared (ITV)

There was some confusion on Monday when it suddenly transpired that Bethany had a car.

Fans were left seriously baffled as Bethany offered Gary her Fiat 500 to hunt down Sarah, despite never having been spotted in the vehicle before.

There has also never been any mention of the teenager passing her test, and no previous sign of the vehicle on the driveway.

As the scenes aired, fans jumped to social media to question the moment, with many joking that it also seemed bizarre she had nicer wheels than her mum.
