Coronation Street fans baffled as Gemma appears to give birth with her leggings on

Coronation Street viewers were a bit baffled this evening as Gemma Winter appeared to give birth to one of her quadruplets - while wearing her leggings.

In true Gemma and Chesney fashion, they were stuck in a broken down cable car and lost her engagement ring as she went into labour.

Thankfully, despite the panic, Gemma managed to give birth to a healthy baby boy.

But fans were left raising their eyebrows after becoming convinced that Gemma still had her leggings on.

One tweeted: "Is Gemma wearing leggings or a skirt? Because if it’s the former, she’s doing a “Daphne from Neighbours” in not pulling them down first before giving birth #Corrie."

While another wrote: "Has Gemma still got her leggings on? #Corrie."

A third remarked: "How can we see what’s happeningif Gemma still has her frickin leggings on #Corrie."

Meanwhile others were in hysterics over the scenes.

One tweeted: "I can't believe Gemma actually gave birth to one of the quads on the cable car #Corrie."
